Baked Italian Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
Mix together 2 Tbsp.Dijon Mustard,
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning on a plate
Place 3-4 Tbsp. shredded parmesan on another plate
Coat each pork chop, with the mustard mixture.
Lay each chop in the cheese and press, then turn to coat both sides.
Arrange in a baking dish, which has been sprayed with a non-stick coating.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
They should be crispy golden brown, and juicy inside.
Very easy and flavorful, and it is also a low-carb recipe!
I served them with sauteed garlic green beans. Ummmmm!
Thomas sat nearby in his highchair and had his dinner,
while I prepared the meal, so when Mommy and Daddy
came home, they found a happy baby and dinner all ready!
I love to see the little family come together after a long day at work.
I think it's important that they sit and eat at the table, and
share good food and their day's experiences!
Love, Linda

HI, Linda, thanks so much for stopping by! So nice to meet you too.
We try to low carb it too so I appreciate the recipe!
Mmm...this looks so yummy! Thanks for the recipe. My oldest grandson (4 years old in June) refuses to eat hamburgers—actually has never even eaten one, not even from McD!—but he LOVES pork!
Thank you for linking up with GRAND Social! ♥
I love Honey Mustard Chicken so I already know I would love this!
This looks fantastic! I am definitely making this - I need to bring some excitement to my boring old dishes!
Atkins - tried it once, lost lots of weight, was cranky!!

Thanks! I just usually pan-fry pork chops with some herbs for myself, but these are extra tasty! Adkins did work for her, but I'm glad she's beginning to add some fruit to her diet. I don't like the idea of not eating any fruit. Jersey blueberries and strawberries are just about ready!
MMmmm! sounds good! I don't always have cheese on hand, so I just use herbs and pan-fry real fast.
My pleasure! I like pork, "the other white meat", and I find it on sale often.
Hi! I love your new porch accessories form Pier One! Pretty colors! Enjoy your screen porch hang-out!
Dang! I just started cooking my pork chops for dinner and this sounds so good. I love mustard. Found your blog through The Grand Social. Would love you to link up to my weekly linky party called The Gathering Spot http://mamaldiane.com/?p=6636
